Workshop: BLOOM - Yoga, DIY Scrubs, Tea and self-care tips
I am excited to offer BLOOM - A yoga and self care workshop on Sunday, March 8th from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm. Are you are feeling sluggish, lethargic or bogged down from a long winter? Spring has sprung and this is the perfect workshop for you.
Dedicate your afternoon to self-care. We will establish a foundation to get our bodies, minds and energy back into balance with the natural rhythms of the new season.
What to expect:
Prepare for Spring with a Slow Flow, All Level yoga class suitable for beginners as well as practicing yogis. We will explore yoga movement that is most beneficial for this time of year. You will leave feeling balanced and refreshed, as we will delight your senses with essential oils that compliment your yoga practice and prepare you for the shift in seasons.
We will focus on the benefits of self-care as we make our own DIY Body Scrubs. Self-care is a wonderful way to honor your body and tap into your inner reserves. A homemade scrub can transform your day by brightening your mood and relieving tension.
In addition to making our own DIY Scrub we will enjoy a mindful cup of tea as we offer simple self-care practices and recipes that you can incorporate into your weekly routine.
